Amazing! The natural food of Gifu prefecture is the best!

Mr. Yanagiya who appears in Michelin and French la liste. This time I went to eat duck. There are two types of duck, small duck and Onaga duck. We also received boar, baby boar, and Ezo deer. All are wonderful. Also, since it is baked in the hearth, I enjoy the conversation at that time and enjoy it every time.
